They have the worst abosolutely people working for them. This guy refused to cancel a payment I had set up when I told him my husband was hurt at work and couldn't make the payment. I had to speak to his manager who assured me the payment was canceled for our camper note. Well needless to say it wasn't and drafted my bank account 526 dollars without my authorization even though it was supposed to be cancelled. I hope they go bankrupt. I HATE this company. Never I mean never choose them as your rv or boat lender.
